We are really delighted to announce we have just added our Christmas Supper Club to the programme

For December our regular chef, Chris is being replaced by the well known ex masterchef finalist and home grown talent, Claire Hutchings. (check out her blog on http://claire-hutchings.co.uk)

As many of you know Claire was Birmingham’s finalist in Professional Masterchef in 2011. She trained in Culinary Arts at UCB and worked under Andreas Antona at Simpson’s before entering the award winning show. She is currently working in Mallorca at the One Michelin starred restaurant Zaranda which is based in Castell Son Claret a 5* exclusive hotel, where she is the assistant to head Chef Fernando P Arellano.

The evening will include:

  • Welcome drink & Canapés
  • A 20 minute demonstration of one of the courses of the evening
  • Wine matched to each course included in the price
  • A five course meal cooked by Claire herself
  • The chance to spend the evening with a Masterchef!
