We invite chefs to challenge us with a simple supper menu using seasonal ingredients to work with. Some of our ingredients are more obscure wild ingredients which we hope you haven’t tried yet.
Kitchen Supper Clubs are held in our sumptuous dining room and are perfect for enthusiastic diners who want to meet other foodies and explore taste and flavour. Our supper clubs explore new ingredients, pairing flavours & wines and cooking for maximum taste.
Inviting and working with a range of chefs and producers at our Birmingham Cookery School, each seasonal supper club offers the diner something magnificent and delicious.
Over supper, we will discuss sourcing, seasoning, inventive and classic cooking techniques. Our chef will demonstrate techniques such as knife skills, preparing sauces and recipe development.
We have carefully picked our ingredients for these supper clubs, are you tempted by our eclectic list of ingredients? Come and see what we do.

Our next Supper Club is at 1000 Trades where we are challenged to prepare a three-course dinner using FOUND Ingredients. We are one night in a week of menus inspired by Zero Waste Week, a cause close to a cook’s soul. Our menu is inspired by wild gardens, foraged food and donated ingredients.
All of the dishes we prepare can be recreated at home. Ingredients may vary due to weather and availability. We can cater for vegetarians when the menu states meat if you give us some notice. Please let us know if you have any allergies.
