Christmas Supper Club

For our Christmas Supper Club we welcome the Professional Masterchef finalist Claire Hutchings.

Saturday 20th December 2014 7.30pm. Ends approximately 10.30pm.

(also places on Friday 19th December)

£80.00 including wines and chef demonstration

We are delighted to invite Claire Hutchings to be our guest chef for our Christmas Supper Club.  
As many of you know Claire was Birmingham’s finalist in Professional Masterchef in 2011. She trained in Culinary Arts at UCB and worked under Andreas Antona at Simpson’s before entering the award winning show. She is currently working in Mallorca at the One Michelin starred restaurant Zaranda which is based in Castell Son Claret a 5* exclusive hotel, where she is the assistant to head Chef Fernando P Arellano.
Here appearance at Kitchen School is her only date in Birmingham this year and we are delighted that we can open our kitchen and reveal her culinary excellence to our Supper Club diners. Her Michelin starred cookery will be a massive inspiration for our school going forward in 2015.
Like our other chefs, Claire will be given the challenge of seasonal ingredients to work with to create a feast for Christmas. The evening will include a glass of Prosecco and canapés  Claire will introduce the evening’s menu. A demonstration of one of the many techniques she will be presenting over the evening , followed by dinner in our private dining room.
