We are delighted to announce our first butchery masterclass with our favourite butchers Roger Brown Ltd.
Jason will be demonstrating the cuts of meat from a whole Salt Marsh Lamb, which he will butcher and prepare for our dinner of Loin of Lamb prepared by our masterchef, Chris. We have a whole lamb to get through so expect a feast of lamb!
A three course dinner will follow in our intimate dining room served with delicous wines. Jason will join us for dinner where we will continue the conversation about the freshest seasonal lamb and he will be available to answer your questions about all things meaty!
This is a class for those serious about their meat who want to learn some basic butchery techniques. Although the majority of the class will be Jason’s demonstration of his skill, there will be opportunities for some hands on butchery.
At the end of the evening, you will have learnt about nose to tail butchery of a spring lamb, and have eaten you way through lots of meat!
