Wednesday 21st October 2015
One of the features of our programme is to explore regional cookery so we bring a more authentic food and and a deeper understanding of International Cookery.
On Wednesday Evening we will be presenting our regional cookery nights where we explore flavours from other cultures, but which are making a great impact upon our own food culture in the UK.
Our Meze Night is our resident Chef, Chris Hughes favourite food and so we are getting a special night of food cooked with passion and authenticity.
We will be making a selection of classic Middle Eastern dishes and presenting them Meze Style. We will be cooking from a selection of our favourites such as Falafel, Tahini Sauce, Lamb Tagine, Hummus, Tabbulah, Meatballs flavoured with Barberries, Baba Ganoush and served with unleavened bread. Writing this is making me hungry!
Our dishes will be cooked by you with demonstrations from the chef on preparing meats and an understanding of Middle eastern spicing.
Wine will be served throughout the evening to make a great night out.
