Our resident chef has just returned from an exciting visit to Noma Restaurant in Copenhagen, the best restaurant in the world as voted by restaurant peers.
We have put together a class that will demonstrate some of their techniques and wild ingredients. Using locally sourced foraged food and plants we will pas on some of their amazing food combinations. Expect nettle sorbets, foraged plants with reindeer and although promise no meatballs – we may eat ants!
