For our well-being weekend at Edible Eastside, we welcome Tanya Smith who will be teaching a raw food cookery class. We will be parading several dishes that require no cooking but are delicious!
Tanya is a Certified Holistic Health Coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition. She has learnt from the world’s leading nutrition and health experts such as Mark Hyman (MD Chairman of the Institute for Functional medicine) and Walter Willett (Chair of Nutrition at Harvard school of Public Health).
If you have dietary issues, allergies, intolerances to certain foods, this is the course for you. Tanya will be spending the day with us getting us fit and can answer all your questions about targeted diets for health issues.
The class will involve lot’s of talk on health and nutrition with her top tips. Also she will explain how to eat healthy on a budget and cooking food quick – a barrier for many people who think healthy food takes too long!

- Raw super food energy balls
- Raw banoffee pie (pictured below)
We will eat out way to health through the day and what you don’t eat, you can take home with you :-).
