Is it time to change your eating habits? Are you sick of diets and yo-yo weight gain? Do you feel sluggish most of the time? Well you have come to the right place!
We are not offering a quick fix, we have a plan for life – eating for well being and health. It means learning to enjoy good clean food and understanding what works for you and what to avoid. We follow the 2:5 diet….eat for well being for 5 days a week then relax for 2 days.
Kitchen School is offering a one day course in eating well. We have lots of recipes for you and most importantly we will be showing you how to rethink your eating. We are what we eat!!
The day will include:
1. Myth busting introduction about diets and eating, no-sugar versus low fat
2. Our Diet for Life plan and how life is all about balance!
3. Cooking some recipes for health including
- Superfood Salads
- Low Carb Meals
- Low Calorie Steak
- Sugar free puddings
