We will show you how to ensure the right cooking times for rare, medium and well done and fool proof tips for testing. We will explain cuts of beef, simple beef butchery, demonstrate cooking different steaks, make triple cooked crispy chips, various sauces for steak and desserts to finish your perfect steak.
We match the best red wines with your steaks and ensure it is a memorable day with steak skills to impress yourself with!

- Sous Vide methods of cooking steak
- Sirloin Steak
- Triple Cooked Chips in Beef dripping and Vegetable oil (so we can take the taste test!)
We buy our meat from Roger Brown, our local Harborne butcher who sells us 28 day Aged Longhorn beef. It’s amazing!
