Our chef will guide you through making a three course dinner for guests at home and how to get everything to ‘the pass’ like a professional.
The course will show you tricks from the professional kitchen, such as what can be cooked in advance, how to slow down cooking times and how save dishes from the brink though after today that won’t be likely! It will also cover presentation techniques, some clever cooking methods, seasonings and how to be the prefect host.
Lunch will served with drinks during the day and you can take home what you cook.
