The night starts will canapés and prosecco, then a talk from the chef on the menu and a demonstration of one of the dishes. You then sit down and expect to be served three courses of good food, selected according to seasonality and flavour, served with wines to match the dishes.
This is the resident chef, demonstrating a dish of fresh mackerel, which is served as a starter. The feedback so far has been amazing. it is truly memorable experience of intimate dining and conviviality. One diner referred to the night as truly magical, she felt special to be part of the evening. We think its a combination of bonhomie and excellent wines. The food is always pretty good too.
