Butchery Masterclass


Saturday 3rd March 2018 10.30am-3.30pm

A masterclass in butchery led by Brown’s Butchers of Harborne. Students will learn how to bone and prepare a chicken. Demonstrations on different cuts of beef and lamb, how to use a cleaver and using a boning knife.

Everyone will get to prepare their own chicken dish and cook a steak with our chef. The leftover freshly boned chicken can be taken don’t forget to bring a cold bag.
