Food is a wonderful thing to bond over, so what could be better than one of our fun and professional team-building events.
We have three packages to suit a variety of budgets and teams, each involves an evening of food and fun, being shown different cooking techniques in our kitchen, before setting to work to create your own supper!
We can work with up to 15 students in our cookery school kitchen. For larger groups we work with a number of venues that can accommodate larger team building cookery activities or we can host a team workshop, with more emphasis on demonstrations and dining.
Our most popular team building cookery event sees you working as a team to create a three course supper. After being welcomed with a glass of wine and a few canapés, you will work with our Chef who will teach and guide you into putting together a memorable and delicious meal for you all to enjoy. Learning some tricks from the professional kitchen, new culinary skills and cooking tips you’ll soon have formed your own kitchen brigade! Once the cooking is complete you can then all enjoy your hard work in our sumptuous Dining Room.

WITH DISHES SUCH AS CALAMARI AND AIOLI, TRADITIONAL TORTILLA, PATAS BRAVAS AND CHORIZO A LA SIDRA ON THE MENU YOU’LL SOON HAVE A TRADITIONAL SPANISH FEAST, YOU’LL JUST NEED THE RIOJA TO MAKE IT COMPLETE!
TEMPTING CICCHETTI – RECREATE THE ENTICING TASTER PLATES OF VENICE AND DISCOVER A PART OF ITALY YOU DIDN’T KNOW. WE LOVE DISHES SUCH AS LAMB ARANCINI, FRITTO MISTO, PAN ROASTED TROUT BRUSCHETTA, BAKED CLAMS WITH PROSCIUTTO AND RISI E BISI.
PURE PASTA – LEARN HOW TO MAKE YOUR OWN PASTA FROM SCRATCH, WE’LL SHOW YOU HOW TO ROLL OUT AND CREATE DIFFERENT TYPES OF PASTA FROM TAGLIATELLE, RAVIOLI, STAINED GLASS PASTA OR OUR FAVOURITE, ROTOLO. TO FINISH OF YOUR PERFECT PASTA WE’LL MAKE SOME DELECTABLE SAUCES TO TOP THEM OFF.
MYSTICAL MEZE – A KITCHEN SCHOOL FAVOURITE, DEMYSTIFY MOUTHWATERING DISHES SUCH AS DIBIS W’RASHI A WONDERFUL DATE AND TAHINI DIP WITH FLAT BREADS, TABBOULEH, MEATBALLS FLAVOURED WITH BARBERRIES, BABA GANOUSH OR AMARDINE CREAM – TO BE SERVED MEZE STYLE WITH UNLEAVENED BREAD.

Culinary Skills - a cookery class
A fantastic and informal way to bond as a team whether they are your work colleagues or a group of friends getting together. Work together to learn new skills in the kitchen and cook up something tasty along the way! Greated with a glass of wine the classes are fun and relaxed with some demo from our chef and lots of hands on cooking from you. We can tailor a class to suit the needs of your group so if there are a few things you’d like to learn, let us know.
SKILLS CLASSES INCLUDE: SAUSAGE MAKING, BREAD, PASTRY, SAUCES, BASIC BUTCHERY, FISH SKILLS, Indian Curry – WORKING WITH SPICES.

Deluxe Supper Menu
Perfect for a celebration with your team, enjoy a slightly more refined evening with a little more culinary delight. Starting the evening off with some welcome canapés and a glass of prosecco, we’ll introduce you to your chef for the evening and more importantly, your menu! The evening is all about enjoyment so we wont ask too much from you. Watch the chef demo a few kitchen skills and techniques, we’ll try and cover some presentation techniques, clever cooking methods and seasonings to create that wow effect. We’ll then invite you to get hands on with a little prep of your own for supper. Taking a seat in our elegant dining room we will then serve you your delectable dishes.
