The Mediterranean Diet

A day exploring the recipes of Yotem Ottolenghi

In this class, we will spend the day understanding the benefits of the Mediterranean diet through the recipes of Ottolenghi. 
For us, he has revolutionised vegetable cookery and given many of us the confidence to try new middle eastern spices to improve our home cookery and ultimately made healthy eating really tasty. 
 
Recipes we will make include some of their amazing salads available through their cafes and cake shops. we make some new style bean dishes and dips, whole fish dishes using barberries, sumac and plenty of fresh herbs.
