crop_butter 21. Kitchen Cookery – Digbeth

At our kitchen in Digbeth, Birmingham we teach cookery classes for up to 6-8 maximum people with appliances and equipment just like you have in your own home.

The school offers day school on Fridays and Saturdays with one-day and half day classes for people keen to develop their cookery skills and learn new techniques. These courses focus on demonstrating core food skills and teaching classic cooking methods that can be adapted for your recipes at home.

Classes are available for the absolute beginner with advanced courses for accomplished cooks and will are delivered by expert chefs and tutors.

2. Bespoke Cookery Events

Our fun, informal cookery classes are wonderful for group bookings.  Whether you’re looking for a corporate event with work colleagues, to spend an evening together working as a team with one of our Cook and Dine options or you are going to celebrate a Hen weekend with your closest friends we can tailor a cookery class to your group.

 

3. Children’s Cookery School

We hold regular Kitchen Kids Clubs,  available throughout selected holidays and weekends, giving children the opportunity to  express their culinary creativity, enjoying activities such as fresh pasta, pizza making, home-made beef burgers, having fun with veggies and sweet fruit treats.  Our Children’s cookery classes our extremely popular so we advise that you book early to avoid disappointment!
