Sunday Food School Sunday 19th April 2020 10.30am-3.30pm
We will spend the day with Butchers Roger Brown and work with cuts of meat. We will start with something simple, a chicken, boning and cutting it into familiar pieces. we will make bone broth with this meat and you take the rest home.
We will then watch a demonstration of forgoing of beef taken apart into joints of meat. We will work to debone cuts of the animal and we will the day cutting your own sirloin and frying the steak.
You will take home your fresh chicken, some broth, and eat steak and Malbec for lunch.
