Sunday Food School Sunday 3rd November 10.30am-3.30pm
We will spend the day with Butchers Roger Brown and work with cuts of meat. We will start with something simple, a chicken, boning and cutting it into familiar pieces. We will then watch a demonstration of either a lamb or venison taken apart into joints of meat. We will work to debone cuts of the animal for roasting. The day will end with sausage making.
There will be lots of meat to take home and eat over the day, bring a cool bag if possible.
