Elizabeth David inspired a new kind of cooking in the UK. She had the British eating garlic, drinking wine with their meals and eating vegetables in a whole new healthy way. Her impact on UK food culture is immeasurable.
Today we will make some French classics from her book, discuss what our modern day equivalents are who inspires us like Elizabeth David did in the 1950's. We may well have an omelette challenge and of course drink French wine.
We will cook Ratatouille, duck confit, taste satin and of course an omelette.
