Due to Social Distancing we are limited on numbers to 4 people. We can have more where there is a booking for couples who live together or families.
Elizabeth David inspired a new kind of cooking in the UK. She had the British eating garlic, drinking wine with their meals and eating vegetables in a whole new healthy way. Her impact on UK food culture is immeasurable.
Today we will make some French classics from her book, discuss what our modern day equivalents are who inspires us like Elizabeth David did in the 1950's. We may well have an omelette challenge and of course drink wine.
