Each week we cover a different topic, from stocks, sauces, one-pot cookery, Italian, Spanish, Middle Eastern and Asian cookery. Usually we cook 2 dishes.
The class last 2.5 hours and you take home what you have cooked. DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOU TAKE AWAY TUBS
The classes are designed to introduce cookery to those with little confidence or who want to develop some new recipes for their repertoire. These classes are designed to address specific skills so you may not make a complete meal, but we will try to finish a dish.
