From Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August we are holding a Summer School for Children. The times are 10.30am to 2.30pm. The cost is £30 per day or £125 for the full 5 days.
For a more in-depth cookery week looking at artisan produce and food craft. Over the course of 5 days, students will learn how to make sourdough bread and look after their starters. We will make butter, soft cheese and ice cream from scratch. One day will be spent foraging in the local park and making wild preserves. We will make our own cakes and decorate them. On our final day, we will make our own recipe sausages and plant-based alternatives.
