My favourite cook book! This book has cleverly deduced what it takes to transform flavour and bring flavour to our food. Understanding these principles will enable you to cook anything in your store cupboard.
Today we will work with meat to maximise flavour using acid, heat, salt and fat!
We will cook steak, make pesto, ceviche of raw fish and vegetables and roast chicken.
