Making the most of the summer's bounty, we will explore vegetable cookery using Eastern Mediterranean ingredients.
Ottolenghi has revolutionised English palates with his warm spicing and innovative partnerships of vegetables and herbs to create inspiring dishes, which are high on health and taste.
We will work with courgette flowers, aubergines, candied beetroot, cauliflower and grains, brought together with sumac, parsley, coriander, yoghurt, tahini and preserved lemons.
